I know what it’s like to sit in a comfortable role. I started as a banker, then became a financial advisor who switched firms more than once. Many hesitate to take that leap, fearing the risks. But I’ve always believed in embracing challenges and seizing growth opportunities — even when it meant stepping away from the “safe harbor.”

That mindset transformed my career. Today, I’m a TOT qualifier (2026, achieved within 5 months), a six-time COT achiever (2020–2025), and a three-time MDRT member (2018–2020).

Along the way, I’ve seen how the right environment sparks real breakthroughs. Through focus groups I ran, many advisors went on to achieve MDRT and COT for the very first time — proof that when you create spaces of accountability, growth follows.
